| YC9000-340 Double beam (up and down) air jet loom features an extra upper weaving shaft,expanding weaving scope to cover shade cloth,double-layer cut flannel fabric,etc.With a well and strongly stable box-type wallboard structure,which is made with highly accurate CNC machining technology,and with a whole welded beam and a plurality of auxiliary supporting wallboard in the middle ,the loom works with super performance of high stability and reliability.Vibration caused in high-speed operation is greatly reduced by using a strictly assembling process.The machine is adaptable to four-connecting rod and six-connecting rod beating-up,and suitable for the conjugate cam weft as well.it increases stability and turn much easier to weave high density fabrics.The optimized whole-passage air supply integrated supercharge nozzle,auxiliary nozzle that features one solenoid supporting two sub nozzles,making the control more accurately operated,and with that,the gas consumption is reduced by 20%.The configuration of the loom is suitable for high-speed operation and can make cloth cover better stacked. |
